• Clean the entire house (vacuum carpets, mop floors, clean countertops & windows)
• Turn all overhead lights on. Be sure all bulbs are working.
• Turn all ceiling fans off
• Turn all TVs off
• Open blinds and window treatments
• Remove personal photos
• Make all beds neatly
• Declutter
• Remove Cars from driveway
• Clean up landscaping
• Remove toys and yard clutter
• Clean pool if applicable
• Remove pet bowls and kennels
• Remove magnets from refrigerator
• Remove all items in showers
